How we work
We start with an initial chat taking the time to understand your business and the issues and challenges you face. Drawing on our experience we can then provide a proposal for your consideration. With your go ahead we’ll set to work, keeping you closely informed with progress but still allowing you the freedom to concentrate on your other key duties. When we’re done, we endeavour to leave you with the tools and capability to continue to reap the benefits of our work in the future.
Our approach works well across many sectors and our customers tell us that what sets us apart is our down to earth, practical approach. We see our relationship with clients as a partnership and often find we get the best results when we work alongside your team. We bring practical solutions in a friendly, accessible manner making the whole process as smooth and easy as possible for you.
We can work in a variety of ways, such as an individual project or across a range of projects, depending on how best you feel we can help your business to succeed.
Director & Consultant
Rolls Royce and the BBC, just two of the companies that John has worked for during his varied career, gathering over 30 years of experience not only in hands on project management but also working strategically at senior leadership and director level.
Equally at ease with large corporate businesses as well as SMEs, John has successfully tackled both large and small projects, straight forward and multi-faceted. He has undertaken a turnaround business, led an SME and directed a global programme office. With proven skills and extensive contacts, his comprehensive knowledge and 'can do' attitude has overcome many challenges, all helping to reduce the risk of costly errors, time delays and providing potential budget savings for his clients.
With a personable and winning style, his strengths are great control, clear overviews and a keen commercial eye for success.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and ISO9001 internal auditor, Janet brings many years of business, regulatory and marketing experience to the company.
Janet has knowledgeable hands-on insight into running a small business along with experience in a variety of different companies, including working within the senior management team of a family-owned manufacturing, wholesale and retail business. Her time spent in the more corporate environment of several larger global manufacturing and marketing companies enables her to bring empathetic support and guidance to company personnel and senior management teams alike.
With a cheerful outlook and organised approach, her strengths are her adaptability to work well within different organisational styles, her ability to ensure the solution is fit for the purpose and her tenacity in ensuring progress is maintained in order to achieve objectives.
